A CLEAN, BLACKHEAD-FREE FACE

For a super-clean face without blackheads, try this tip: make a paste out of two crushed aspirins and a little warm water, using the paste as a mask that you leave on for around ten minutes, and then use the grains to scrub the face. Aspirin is the best skin exfoliant around.

A MOISTURIZED AND MADE-UP FACE

To give a moisturized texture to your skin and also leave the house wearing light foundation in just one step, mix a small amount of moisturizing cream with a little foundation and apply to the face without rubbing in.

FACE MASK

Make a face mask with a spoonful of natural yogurt, a spoonful of honey and some 10 to 12 drops of lemon juice. Apply to the skin avoiding the eye area and relax for 30 minutes. Wash off thoroughly and see how soft your face is afterwards.

FACE MASSAGE AGAINST WRINKLES

We recommend these simple exercises to work on the jaw muscles, strengthen the neck, the face and the forehead. You could even describe this as a "natural facelift".

1. Force a smile. 2. Push forward the lower jaw and raise it as if you were trying to bite the tip of your nose. 3. Open your mouth and place the index and middle finger between your lips. Try to close your mouth whilst trying to open it with your fingers. Place your fingers in both the vertical and horizontal position to work the muscles around the mouth. 4. Repeat each exercise 10 times. After a few days, increase the number of repetitions to 30.

FACE MASSAGE TO STIMULATE YOUR MUSCLES

Dedicate 30 minutes to stimulating your facial muscles and your makeup will be more defined and luminous. Apply a facial scrub to the face drawing circles with the tips of the fingers. Pay particular attention to the sides of the nose, the forehead and the chin. Rinse with warm water, then cold water. Apply a generous layer of face mask in over the face and neck. Leave on for 10 minutes and finish off with this massage: make small pinching movements from the chin to the ears using the index fingers and thumbs. To smooth your forehead, place three fingers on your eyebrows and push them up towards the hairline. Finish smoothing the face by drawing your fingertips down towards the neck and décolletage.

FIGHT BLACKHEADS

If you have blackheads, one tip that works well is to mix natural yogurt with lemon juice and oatmeal: the lemon juice helps lighten dark spots, the oatmeal exfoliates and the yogurt dries up the blackheads. This is a recipe handed down through the generations, and it gives great results.

REDUCE DARK CIRCLES UNDER YOUR EYES

To reduce the dark circles under your eyes put a little cider vinegar on a plate and add a little grated carrot. Apply to your under-eye area (careful with the eyes) and leave to work.

REDUCE EYE STRAIN

Massage both eyes at the same time, with the head and back straight and the nape of the neck supported. Put the tip of the middle finger of each hand on the eyeball from the top of the upper eyelid to the eyelashes. Make very slow and gentle movements. Rest your fingers on your eyelids until you feel totally relaxed. Repeat 20 times.

REMOVE DARK SPOTS

First thing in the morning, wash your face with cool water and run a cotton pad soaked in lemon juice across your skin. This is wonderful for the skin, as it helps remove dark spots and lightens your skin tone.

SILKY LASHES

For silkier lashes, apply a little olive oil from the root to the tip using a dropper. Leave the oil to work overnight and wash off in the morning.

SMOOTH AND MOISTURIZED LIPS

This is very easy to do. Every night, before going to bed, put a little regenerating cream for mature skins on your lips. When you wake up the next day, you will find that any cracks in your lips have healed up, and if your lips were dry, they are soft and moisturized.

SMOOTH AND SILKY SKIN

Just one step for perfectly smooth and silky skin: once a week, take a natural yogurt, stir it and apply to the face avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 15 minutes and wash off thoroughly. Marvel at your smooth and silky skin!
