The Castle Inn Bed and Breakfast was built in 1895 by Samuel Ruggles but provides the luxury accomodations of the 21st century. The Castle features the warmth of a Bed and Breakfast with the privacy of an Inn. Located just 30 minutes south of downtown Columbus, Ohio in the home of the world famous Circleville Pumpkin Show. From hiking, biking, boating, horseback riding, antique and flea shopping, wine tasting, to just reading and relaxing...... there are endless possibilities! For a truly unique evening of fun and mayhem attend our monthly Murder Mysteries held the last Friday of each month. In the mornings, one of the Castle Inn cooks will entice you with a delicious home-cooked breakfast. Made of your choice of eggs, gourmet pancakes or our famous Apple French Toast and fresh juices, coffee, or tea..... our breakfasts are made to get your day started right. Romantic Options such as private Candlelight DInner for Two, a Birthday or Anniversary Bash featuring Specialty Cake and path of silk petals to the bed or fresh flowers and chocolates are available via pre-order from the staff at the Castle Inn. All rooms feature private baths, deluxe queen canopy beds, tv/vcr/dvd and fireplaces and/or heartshaped jetted jacuzzis for two. The Castle Inn is the perfect setting for your Wedding and Reception, be it Traditional, Cinderella or Medieval in theme. We offer Bridal Luncheons, Showers, Last Girls Night Out getaways and the ultimate Photo Shoot locations for life's special pictures. Make your childs Birthday one they will never forget with our Little Princess and Little Wizard Birthday Parties ! Ceremonies and Receptions 50-180 guests 50 to 180 guests will utilize our wonderful walled-in garden and tentable back area with the first floor of the Castle being open to your guests. This first floor area is air conditioned and features a large bay window with window seat that overlooks the garden. Outdoor weddings and events incur a Facility Usage Fee in addition to catering. The Facility Usage Fee includes the use of all tables and chairs needed. Appropriate tables will be skirted and off white linens provided. All necessary receptacles included also complete set-up and clean-up.
