Country Steak Out has been in existence for 18 years. Alvina Schrum, the current owner, obtained the business 6 years ago.  In 2000, the restaurant underwent a “beautification” process, at which point a banquet hall was added. The building used to be part of an old lumber yard and was moved from downtown Fort Morgan to its current location.
