Coyote Joe’s Bar & Grill is located in what was once the historic Arizona Hotel. Built in the late 1800’s, this hotel housed what is said to be one of Arizona’s earliest brothels. Traces of this building’s past are still visible, such as the many doors leading into what is now our kitchen, as well as the obvious outlines of the numerous rooms which were upstairs.
