As our menu states, Dune is driven by ingredients, seasonality & love. We specialize in seafood and only buy from purveyors that deliver 6 days a week to ensure freshness. Our motto is that we are only as good as our last meal served. The first dish and last dish will look and taste exactly the same and Chef Jason believes in letting the natural flavors of each ingredient come out on their own. He does not have a heavy hand when dressing salads or putting sauces with certain dishes.
