Our custom menu design helps you create a menu that will represent your personal tastes. Over the years we have catered to hundreds of brides, political heavy weights, large and small corporations and have provided a wide variety of services - from elegant sit down meals at historic venues to your everyday backyard barbecue. Located in Blue Springs, MO, our roots can be found in the country cooking style of Owner Jeanette Jackson. Spending a great deal of time on Chicago's North Shore on Michigan Lake, Jeanette was exposed to grandma’s home-cooked meals which were made with only the freshest ingredients. The table was always overflowing with food, as you never knew who might stop in unannounced. Jeanette used this knowledge and this philosophy when he began his business and continues to use it today.
