The Silver Peak Restaurant and Brewery was born from a friendship and a dream. We came up with the concept in the late 80's, about seven years after we met.  Our total seating capacity, including the roof-top deck, is 250. The deck holds 100 people and is available Spring through Fall as long as the weather allows. For smaller parties we have a semi-private dining room on the second floor that seats up to 60 dinner guests. We also have flexible catering packages to fit any party from 10 to 200 guests, or we can customize a menu to include some of your favorite dishes.
