Inspired by the home cooked meals he grew up with, chef/owner Clyde Van Arsdall sought to create a neighborhood cafe and catering company which provided quality gourmet style food at approachable prices. We do catering events for 2-350! Please view our office and general catering menus. All of our food is available for catering events, just ask! Marinated, roasted chicken with a rosemary balsamic mustard pan sauce, roasted garlic red skinned mashed potatoes, grilled seasonal vegetables, and rustic bread. Real texas beef chili with red beans, cornbread muffins and Southern coleslaw. Served with chopped onions and shredded cheddar cheese. This item is also available Vegetarian-style!
