Green Mansions Catering began in 1973 as A Private Townhouse Affair and almost single-handedly launched the off-premises catering service industry of finding and renting one-of-a-kind, private spaces for catering important events for clients who want something different from and more customized than traditional vanues. We have participated in the many culinary trends during four decades, and our great enjoyment and passion is constantly tweaking our fine cuisine. We are most proud of our generous and elegant hors d'oeuvre service and our ability to serve a sit-down dinner to many as if prepared for just a few. The culmination of our four decades of high end social catering is the creation of our two great event venues and combining them with remarkable food and services, attentive relationships, professional party planning, and extraordinary elegance, generosity and value. We have planned and catered countless Weddings, Wedding Receptions, Ceremonies, Corporate Dinners and Events, Non-Profit and Charity Events, Birthdays and Anniversaries, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Alumni Reunions, Graduation Events, Holiday Parties, Staff and Employee Receptions, Department Events, Workshops and Brainstorming Sessions, Film shoots, and Celebrations of all kinds. We have catered in our own top venues and all over town in museums, libraries, auction houses, storefronts, galleries, theaters, TV networks, parks, yachts, and clients' homes and offices.
