After receiving her B. A. in Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1986, Susan has always considered Colorado her second home. She recently returned to Colorado from her native New York. While in the East, Susan spent more than 15 years in the food and beverage industry as a Director of Catering for Hilton, Radisson and Ramada hotels; in addition to a variety of privately owned properties. Once again residing in Colorado, Susan has received certification from the Culinary School of the Rockies in Boulder having completed the Culinary Skills program. Susan believes that everything happens over food. Food does not need to be fussy or intimidating to be great. Simple, fresh and classic also creates a memorable meal.
