Sue Dubach grew up in a small, mid western town, where she baked special treats for her Dad, Tata. Over the years, she refined her natural cooking skills in restaurants in the midwest and Colorado. Sue has lived in the Boulder area designed training programs for, and created the daily specials menus for several local restaurants. A full-time caterer since 1990, Sue still makes time to teach cooking classes at the Cooking School of the Rockies and Share Our Strength. Sue now resides in Louisville with her husband, Neal, her daughter, Emma, and son, Jesse. She loves Louisville's small town atmosphere and makes a point of supporting the local economy, frequenting businesses like the Louisville Farmers Market and Joe's Italian Market because she knows that the freshest ingredients are grown and produced locally.
