St Matthew's Lutheran Church is called by Christ to proclaim God's Word, make disciples, and serve the world. Altar Guild - A ministry that prepares the Sanctuary for worship. Choir - Volunteer members who lift up their voices to the lord. Education - Sunday School offers opportunities for intellectual and spiritual growth. Home Communion - Holy Communion distributed to sick and shut in members. Library - A wealth of books and videos located in Matthew House. Members are encouraged to make frequent use of these materials. Marriage Encounter - Participation in Lutheran Marriage Encounter weekends and renewal groups. Property Management - Groups meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the church to maintain and repair the property. Shepherd/Prayer Chain - Groups that provide communications, support fellowship, and prayers for members and friends. Social - Groups meet for meals and fellowship. Youth - Christian programs for elementary and teen groups. Worship Tapes - St. Matthews Sunday worship service distributed to sick and shut in members.
