Explore the arts and expand self-awareness through a artful discovery process!  Sessions may combine several art-making forms, or concentrate on a single art form, depending on individual(s) experience and preference.  Quite often it is fun to explore an area that is new and welcome the surprise!    Art forms utilized may include poetry, movement, collage, clay sculpture, painting, music, sound, voicework & breath, photography, journaling, and marbleing, etc.  Sessions may build around a theme at times to connect to an idea or mood, such as, the Seasons, the Four Elements or tragedy/comedy.  Individual sessions are age appropriate; groups activities are planned accordingly to appeal to the majority.
