Combining a lifelong desire to work in the hospitality industry with a love for good food, Bob Jacobs fulfilled his dream in 1985 when he opened the doors to his own catering business, initially so small that he operated it from his Miami apartment. When Bob married Susan in 1985 they joined forces and created Creative Affairs Catering. Bob went to Michigan State hotel and restaurant program and then graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Creative Affairs has been family owned and operated for over 22 years. Serving Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
