Fantasy Festival Costume / Magic Centre has been in business since 1983, We are the only year around costume shop in McHenry County and most of North Central Illinois. We offer a complete range of costumes from playwear to theatrical qualityfrom manufactures like Rubies, Charades, Secrets, Disguise, Leg Avenue, California Costume, costume made pieces and others. We stock theatrical make up from Mehron, Kryolan, Cinema Secrets, Ben Nye, and Graftobian. Our magic department includes hundreds of items for the early beginner to the seasoned pro. We carry Novelties and Jokes from such great companies as Loftus International, Forum Novelties, Morris and others. Our staff is comprised of experienced people with backgrounds in stage, screen, & photographic fields. Let us be your one stop shop all year long for costumes, make up, magic, novelties, wigs, hats, accessories and whatever else you can throw at us. If we don't have it we can get it, If we can't get it we'll make it & if we can't make it you didn't need it anyway. Open since October 1983 when we started out with just 75 Rental Costumes, and a scant few Retail Items that were replenished daily. We have grown into our current location with over 9,000 Rental Costumes and over 10,000 Retail items. We have the knowledge and experience to help you create whatever look you are going after. From individual costumes to full stage productions, from colored hairspray to custom silicon prosthetics we can do it for you. Our custom P.O.S. Software and Inventory system are linked with this online site making sure that every item that is shown online is currently available in our store at this moment.
