The owner began his floral career by attending SUNY Cobleskill from 1982-1984, and graduated "Outstanding Senior in Floriculture" with an Associates degree. Working from a small basement shop, the practical aspects of cut flower care, freshness, and quality were self-taught by trial and error as these things few in the industry are even able to grasp, yet alone teach. In 2005, a retail opportunity presented itself and we went mainstream, keeping all that was learned the hard way well in mind.
