We are so confident in our products, that we are proud to offer the following quality insurance offers. Important Note: Diamonds must be handled with care. Although a diamond is the hardest substance known to man, a hard blow can chip its surface. Mounting and Stone Setting. Your diamond is guaranteed to remain in its original condition for your lifetime, except for normal wear. Should a defect develop in your mounting, you may bring it to any of our locations where it will be repaired without charge. Free Lifetime Replacement of Diamonds. Should your diamond fall out of its mounting and becomes lost, it will be replaced without charge. In order to qualify for "free" diamond replacement warranty you must bring your diamond into our stores for inspection, at least once every three months. At the time of each inspection, our associates must validate your inspection on the back of your certificate.
