We do not believe in a credit interview. We believe in getting to know our customer through friendly conversation. Upon entering one of our stores each customer greeted and treated like a friend. A warm welcome will include eye contact with a warm handshake and speaking the language of our customer. We will not look at our customers through the eyes of just trying to make another sale. Some repairs-engraving-gift wrapping are done while you wait at no cost to the client. We will always clean your jewelry for free and check over the settings of your stones.
