We invite you to experience the warm, friendly atmosphere in every one of our stores. The Riddle's Diamond Lab and Our Promise to You! In 1975 my father, Jesse Riddle, was the first in our family to graduate from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the world's largest and most respected non-profit institute of gemological research and learning. Today, four of us with the combined experience of 85 years are actively involved in the purchasing of our diamonds primarily from Belgium, Russia, and New York. In our diamond lab, we personally grade and laser inscribe each loose diamond, using our own identification system, and then certify it, maintaining the same level of standards followed by the GIA. Our name and reputation are at stake each time we sign a Riddle's diamond certificate. Unlike most diamond labs, we present our customers with the opportunity to get to know us and observe our diamond grading. It is a priority for us to make our customers feel confident and comfortable when purchasing a Riddle's diamond. In-House Service & Design. A unique aspect that sets us apart from other jewelry stores is that every store location provides the skills of an in-house service center. Whether it's resizing, retipping, or designing a custom piece ­ our trained professionals will help keep your jewelry looking its best or assist you in creating the jewelry of your dreams.
