Salon Policy: Please provide at least 12 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the treatment scheduled, and missed appointments will be charged the full treatment value. In order to ensure that your visit is tranquil, we ask that you speak softly in the treatment areas. No children are permitted in the spa. Our approach allows your body and skin to activate its own repair mechanism. Recovery for your skin and body starts with a consultation-just like your hair-stylist consults with you to design your hair cut and color, your spa therapist will design a treatment for you based on the Aveda Elemental Nature philosophy of pure aromas that De-stress, products that produce results and high touch techniques that are appropriate for you. We will bring you back into balance by recommending the appropriate techniques, self care, and products for you.
