Mike's Beach has long been a respected scuba diving destination, and with the implementation of the new Waketickeh Creek Conservation Area the diving can only get better. Right out front, artificial and natural structures support sea life in a very safe environment, suitable for classes and novice divers as well as night dives and second dives. Most of the structure is within a 40 foot depth, and a wide bowl provides a good area of controlled depth. A canyon off the north end of our dock gives quick access to waters over 100 feet deep. Marine life in this area includes anemones, rock fish, perch, and Giant Pacific Octopus on structures around 60 feet
