Biltmore Jewelers was originally established in 1943 in the original Biltmore Fashion Plaza. Upon the retirement of the original owner, the store was purchased by Richard Baumbach, an experienced watch and clock repair craftsman. In 1978, a second store was opened in the up and coming Paradise Valley Mall area. This store, now owned by Richard Baumbach and Louie Howard, is still located across the street from the Paradise Valley Mall.
