He also created and repaired jewelry that was shown and sold at Christie's and Sotherby's auction house and was sold to many celebrities. James Diamond became a specialist in custom jewelry design, antique restoration, and the diversified fields of the lost arts that newer technicians never learned or mastered. In 1983, James Diamond saw a need in the Poconos for his craftsmanship with sterling silver and his hand made line of jewelry which featured gold and diamonds. From a young apprentice in New York City to the largest custom order factory and jewelry repair center in the Poconos. James Diamond's National Jewelry Manufacturing Company has grown into one of the largest jewelry showrooms in the Poconos.
