No other purchase you make for the one you love, will compare to that of buying a diamond. Nature has created each diamond to be unique, which is why when diamonds of the same quality grade are viewed side by side, only one will capture her heart. For this reason it is vital that you seek the guidance of a professional jeweler and view a selection of several diamonds at the same time. Comparing grading certificates on a computer screen is no substitue for seeing and comparing actual diamonds in person. Custom Design. We have jewelers that are trained in assisting you with creating a beautiful new look for ring, pendant and earring designs. Let us help you transform an old setting into a completely new design. Remounting. We offer in store remounting of your diamonds and color stone gems with hundreds of designs available. Our on site trained jewelers have over 20 years of combined remounting experience. Repair. Our on site bench jewelers have over 20 years combined experience in repairing all types of jewelry. All work is done in our store. Normal repair time is estimated at two weeks. Satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Neugebauer's Fine Jewelry, simply return it to us in its unaltered, original condition with the original receipt within 30 days of the purchase and we will gladly refund your money.
