Matthew J. Fridg is one of the selected filmmakers to produce and screen a short film for the Pittsburgh 250 celebration through Pittsburgh Neighbor hood Narratives. His short film follows the quest of a young librarian through Homestead as she attempts to deliver a mysterious lost envelope from World War II to its rightful owner.
