Being a Texas-based company, many people ask where the name "TradeWinds Productions" came from. To start with, I have always loved photography. From early high school days and on into college, I always had a camera in hand to capture those "special" moments. Then, as our family grew, I moved from still photography to video - vacations, family events, graduation and so on. Growing up with Apple's Macintosh computer, I soon learned that it was an excellent platform for producing still photo montages. I also love the Caribbean islands with its warm trade winds and picturesque landscapes and after numerous visits there and hours of video, I further perfected my creative techniques - slowly moving into the wedding arena - creating wedding videos.
