Kevco was a business created while Kevin and Barb Bolin were brokers at Re/max Advanced When Kevin began to sell investment properties to investors not interested in managing the properties themselves, they asked for recommendations for professional companies to handle their accounts. Having gone to college at Colorado State University and having dealt with property management companies as a tenant, Kevin did not have any recommendations.
