Cielo originated as the well known and popular Italian restaurant, Polini's in 1997 to offer the Suffolk, LI area a fine, casual dining experience specializing in the best in Italian Cuisine. In August of 2006, Polini's Executive Chef, Mike, took over ownership from the retiring owners providing the same excellent cuisine and service that made Polini's the popular restaurant it was. Mike is taking that cuisine and ambiance to the next step to make your dining experience even better. Cielo features a very comfortable, and beautiful decor, with a lovely outdoor dining area in addition to the warm and relaxing interior dining rooms. Delicious and generous portions are the rule and your hosts will cater to your every need. Cielo will continue in the footsteps of its predecessor as the popular dining establishment for families, children, seniors and business professionals.
