Their Westbury location as everyone knows it by now as Steve`s Piccola Bussola, was opened in 1991. The original restaurant was located in Glen Cove. Now introducing the newest addition to the family business, Steve`s Piccola Bussola II, Italian family style dinining located in Syosset, NYis owned by the Vaccaro family and partner Rocco Gojcaj. o eat in a family style restaurant like Steve's Piccola Bussola is a different dining experience because it is like at eating home. Well of course we will do the dishes. Friends and family pass the food around and get to taste a little bit of everything, that is if they want to share those huge portions with you. Every dish Steve's Piccola bussola makes comes from the heart and is made to order. That means when you order it we start to make it, nothing is pre-cooked, pasta always al dente. Steve's Piccola Bussola considers food to be classic Neapolitan cuisine with some southern Italian influence, from classic sauces like marinara to veal pizzaiola and chicken marsala to our signature grilled octopus or baby calamari. All fresh ingredients, and our seafood are always fresh. Our red snapper livornese is one of a kind, and no one beats our spedino romano. Do not forget to order the chicken scarpariello or the country style version we call campagnola. At Steve`s Piccola Bussola the atmosphere is casual and inviting. It is a great place for everybody even for those important business meetings because we are centrally located on Long Island and not far from New York City. Steve`s Piccola Bussola bar is comfortable and great to just sit, relax open a bottland e of wine. Our wine list has something for everybody.
