US state flowers

rose

The national flower of the United States is the rose. Each state of the United States has its own "state flower" or plant.

It may be possible to include this flower in your wedding flowers and floral arrangements if it is freely available, in season, and not a protected species.

Brides from Alabama (camellia), Florida (orange blossom), Hawaii (hibiscus), Illinois and New Jersey (violet), Kansas (sunflower), Louisiana and Mississippi (magnolia), New York (rose), and Tennessee (iris) will perhaps find it the easiest to include the state flower in their wedding flowers!
